"I would like to say that everytime I come in I'm treated wonderful. The customer service is excellent always. I would like to recognize two great people, Doc and Kat. Doc always go out of his way to make sure my bike is ready and good to go when I pick it up. Kat is always friendly and professional, she makes sure I have everything I need before I leave the shop. "I've been dealing with Biloxi H-D for almost 5 years now and have always gotten the best service from their staff. After having a 2007 Harley "Fatboy" stolen, that I had purchased in Mobile, I went to Cat and Kim looking for my new bike. I'll NEVER make another purchase from the other shop in Alabama, EVER. Cat and Kim showed me the New 2010 Fatboy Lo and it was love at first sight. I'll never buy another bike from any other Harley Shop other then Biloxi"

"A "HUGE CHANGE" has taken place at Mississippi Coast H-D. I visited the shop about a year ago just looking at bikes and clothes, and had talked with some friendly staff people, but I was just not all that impressed with the shop. What a differance a year makes! I walked in to look around and kill some time, I was greeted at the door as I came in. The new layout of the store and the selection of everything Harley was incredible. I was so impressed with everything, I put money down on a new Dyna. "
